With over 40,000 square feet of space, Desert Willow offers 11 conference rooms with a variety of set up options to meet your business needs, including the Cottonwood Ballroom which will comfortably seat up to 500 guests. Each room is individually designed with distinctive art work and windows, and furnished with ergonomic chairs with comfort in mind. Our meeting rooms are perfect for your next business planning meeting, corporate retreat, business conference, business seminar and more.
All rooms contain retractable screens, hard writing surfaces, whiteboards and LCD's. Wireless high speed internet is available throughout the conference center and LCD monitors conveniently displayed in the lobby and dining area, provide individual meeting names and rooms.
